Chris Ratcliffe
Chris is a graphic designer who trained as a fine artist at Camberwell College of Art and has worked with screen printing for over 25 years.
He has experimented extensively with the possibilities of printing using materials including dust, glitter and mould, and surfaces such as furniture, dartboards and even a coffin.
Chris’s wry observations of the urban environment result in witty products and prints, whilst his work in digital media and art direction has led to collaborations with designers from a range of disciplines including fashion, publishing and advertising.
Chris currently teaches on the BA (Hons) & MA Illustration and Visual Media, and MA Design for Art Direction courses at the London College of Communication, and has previously taught at other institutions including Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and Camberwell College of Arts.
